Patricia is an International Presenter, qualified Educator and Facilitator, accredited trainer and assessor, seminar presenter, author, professional speaker, and a past District Governor of Toastmasters International.
She is owner and director of Communication Skills Consultancy. In this regard she trains and coaches others in presentations, public speaking, interpersonal and people skills.
With a clientele of professional speakers, lecturers, politicians, CEO’s, sales managers and staff, defence force recruits, police recruits, she is well qualified and experienced to handle large and small organisations as she takes them through the skills required for their particular needs.
Patricia comes from a background as a stutterer and knows how valuable it is to ones self-esteem and confidence to be able to communicate effectively. This experience allows her to understand and relate to her clients, whether they are experienced or a beginner.
She began writing her Top Tips books at the request of one of her clients, and feedback tells her that the books and how they are written are extremely helpful in not only providing quick answers to various queries, but also as an educational resource.
