Hot Feet and Far Hills

My feet and I have found ourselves in palaces, cathedrals, temples, synagogues and mosques, in beautiful parks and lonesome winter gardens, in poor, bare shacks that served as somebody’s home and in splendid houses of both the crooked and the upstanding, we have also wandered into grand hotels and youth hostels, and into houses of doubtful repute.
